On Saturday, there are THREE race course options. All crafts are open to a short course around 5 miles, a long course around 11 miles and our 22 mile relay open ONLY to OC-6 and V-6 canoes. All courses will start and finish at the Pirate's Den.
You will be able to register online at RACEHUB for yourself or a crew in April 2025
We have 2 pricing tiers below, based on when you register. This is due to various vendors needing advanced notice for counts. After certain dates, they impose rush fees which early registration helps us (and you) avoid!

No, this year we have changed our process where you only need 1 person to sign a team up and pay 1 fee and turn in the shirt sizes. Everyone will be REQUIRED to sign and waiver at registration.

We only offer this race to OC-6 and V-6 crafts to offer more options to our paddlers while keeping our schedule intact. There is only one co-ed division for traditional canoes and one open-coed division in the the unlimited canoes. Crews MUST consist of at LEAST 4 women.
Only a team member / racer can pick up race packet & t shirts. No friend, family, significant other or otherwise can pick up packet. You must also sign for it.

From Los Angeles via Interstate10 to SR95 is roughly between 4-4.5 hours.
From San Diego via Interstate 10 to SR95 or Interstate 8 to SR78 is 4.5-5.25 hours.
From Phoenix via Interstate 10 to 72 is 2.5-3 hours.
From Las Vegas via Interstate 11 and SR95 through Lake Havasu, about 2-3 hours.

A gradual flow helps paddlers along the river to the the turn-around buoys, a common tailwind may be helping you back.
Yes, food tickets are available online, via the orange button below, for $25.00 (plus $1.13 for transaction fees). In addition to being able to buy online, you can get a food wristband on the day of, but online is the best. Food wristbands must be worn to get your plate.
Only ADR Approved companies can demo on the beach during ADR weekend. Please contact ADR for a tribal permit no later than 12 (noon) on Friday Nov 14th
The Releasees reserve the right, in their sole determination, to postpone, cancel, or modify the Event due to weather conditions or other factors beyond the control of the Releasees that might affect the health and/or safety of Participants. Another Dam Race will not be obligated to refund any Participant any registration fees due to a cancelled event. ADR will send out packets and T-shirts to paid entries.
